Our belief

Care, shared, becomes something larger

Every animal in our care teaches us the same thing. Attention changes everything — a gentle hand, a clean coat, a moment of comfort at the end of a long day. It is quiet work, and it matters more than it looks.

Not every animal has someone to give that care. Across Egypt there are horses still working without rest, dogs and cats living on the street, and shelters doing remarkable things with very little.

Community Care is our way of widening the circle. It turns the everyday routines you share with your own animal into help for one who is still waiting for someone to show up.

You give a little. Together, it becomes a lot.

At your cart, choose to add 25, 50, or 100 EGP to your order. It is entirely your choice, and never assumed.

We gather and hold it

Each donation is pooled and recorded, kept separate and accounted for.

We give, and we tell you

We donate to animal rescue organisations across Egypt, then publish where every pound went.

We give to a range of animal rescue and welfare organisations across Egypt — the shelters caring for street dogs and cats, the sanctuaries supporting working horses and donkeys, and the clinics treating animals who would otherwise go without. We rotate our support so help reaches more of them over time.

Counted, and shared openly

We believe trust is earned in the open. We commit to account for every Community Care donation and to publish a Community Care update — the total raised and the organisations supported. When you give through Paw N Hoof, you will always be able to see where it went.

What is Community Care?
Community Care is our donation programme. At your cart you can add a small donation — 25, 50, or 100 EGP — to your order. We pool these contributions and give them to animal rescue and welfare organisations across Egypt.
Is the donation required?
No. It is entirely optional, and never added for you. You choose whether to give, and how much.
Where does my donation go?
To animal rescue and welfare organisations in Egypt — shelters for street dogs and cats, sanctuaries for working horses and donkeys, and clinics treating animals in need. We rotate our support so help reaches more of them over time.
How much of my donation reaches the animals?
The full amount you give is directed to animal welfare. We treat Community Care donations as held in trust, separate from our own revenue.
How will I know it was used well?
We account for every donation and publish a Community Care update — the total raised and the organisations supported — on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Can I donate without placing an order?
Of course. A Community Care donation is added at your cart, alongside an order. If you would rather give on your own, you are always free to donate directly to the animal rescue organisation you prefer — choose the cause closest to your heart, and give to it directly.
Is my donation refundable?
Because donations are passed on to partner organisations, they are non-refundable once your order is placed. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
