1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Use
Our products are formulated for the care of horses and dogs. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
- Always read the label and follow usage instructions.
- Dog products are suitable for dogs 3 months and older.
- If your animal has a known sensitivity or medical condition, consult your veterinarian before use.
- For external use only unless otherwise stated on the product label.
Product images, descriptions, and ingredients are provided in good faith. Natural ingredients may vary slightly in colour or scent between batches.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes where required.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
- Order confirmation by email does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted once dispatched.
- We may update prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You confirm that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered across Egypt in 3–5 business days. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility, conditions, and the refund process are described in full on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: returns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, items must be unopened and in original packaging, and approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on pawnhoof.com — including text, photography, product names, logos, packaging design, and the Paw N Hoof brand — is owned by Equimap Egypt for Trading and Export and protected by Egyptian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that takes place under it. Notify us immediately at hello@pawnhoof.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
9. Acceptable Use
When using the site, you agree not to:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent Egyptian courts.
