1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes where required.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• Order confirmation by email does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is accepted once dispatched.
• We may update prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered across Egypt in 3–5 business days. For full details, see ourShipping & Returnspage. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier.

7. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Paw N Hoof is a trademark of Equimap Egypt for Trading and Export. All content on pawnhoof.com — including text, photography, product names, our logo and wordmark, our colour palette and label and packaging design, and the overall look and feel of our products, packaging and materials (together, our “Brand Assets”) — is owned by Equimap Egypt for Trading and Export and protected by Egyptian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Nothing on this site grants any licence to use our Brand Assets. Permission must be obtained in writing from Paw N Hoof in advance, and any permission we give is limited to the use, medium, territory and period we state in writing, is personal to the person we give it to, and may be withdrawn. To request permission, write to hello@pawnhoof.com.

You may not resell, distribute or supply our products commercially — through any online marketplace, storefront, social channel, application or physical premises — without our prior written authorisation. You may not describe yourself as, or act in a way that would lead others to believe you are, an authorised reseller, distributor, stockist, agent, representative, brand ambassador, affiliate or partner of Paw N Hoof, and you may not state or imply that we endorse you or your business, unless we have appointed you in writing. You may not use our Brand Assets in any listing, profile, account name, domain name, advertisement or paid search term to promote any product or service without our written permission.

Where we find our Brand Assets used or our products offered without authorisation, we may report the listing or account to the platform concerned, decline or discontinue supply, and pursue any remedy available to us under Egyptian law. Nothing in this clause affects a consumer's statutory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law, or restricts lawful review or commentary.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the site to violate any law or third-party right
• Introduce viruses, scrape data, or attempt to disrupt the site
• Resell, distribute or supply our products commercially, on any channel, or hold yourself out as our reseller, distributor, agent, representative or brand ambassador, without our prior written authorisation

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent Egyptian courts.
